This workout is such a great challenge for your whole body! We will work for 3 rounds of each exercise for 60 seconds each. For the first three exercises we will do 3 rounds of one exercise at a time. For the lower body exercises we will use our glute resistance bands in circuit style. In circuit 3 we will complete 3 exercises for 2 rounds and end with a plank finisher. Grab water, watch for what's next, and work hard!!

4. Lateral Band Raise
5. Band Kickback
6. RDL from floor
7. DB Sit ups
8. Sit up and twist
9. Suitcases
