IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Some people may see my video titles as click-bait. YouTubers optimise their video's meta data for discovery due to how the algorithm is like. This isn't anything new. Most people who've been watching YouTube for years would understand this. If you're unhappy and get triggered by this, well, this channel isn't for you then. Iโve provided free workout schedules and programs since day 1 and have always optimised my meta data as such so that's not going to change.
Having said that, it doesn't mean the workout do not work. You will still see results by following a suitable program schedule, watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. These are all equally important factors. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. I've explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don't take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.
When doing any home workouts, do take precaution to exercise in a safe environment, and if you need help or you're not seeing results, I suggest seeing a health and fitness professional to give you tailored advice on your exercise form and dietary needs. Technically no repeat but repetition on those muscles!! Mostly compound movements to recruit as many muscles as possible with lots of variations throughout!
The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 17.5kg however I reduce to 9kg each for the shoulders and MAKERS at the finisher!
The timer will be on for 40 seconds of work, 20 seconds rest!

This workout is such a great challenge for your whole body! We will work for 3 rounds of each exercise for 60 seconds each. For the first three exercises we will do 3 rounds of one exercise at a time. For the lower body exercises we will use our glute resistance bands in circuit style. Tap in with us for a 45 minute full body dumbbell strength training workout if you're looking build strength/muscle, endurance, and burn a lot of calories! ๐ฅ All you need for this workout is a soft surface and a moderate pair of dumbbells (for reference we used a pair 20lb and 10lb dumbbells). This workout is broken down into 3 total sets with each set containing different variations of the same movement patterns. There are no big modifications for this workout BUT the first set was designed for beginners, so you can always use the prior set(s) for modifications. We recommend doing this workout at least 2-3 x per week for noticeable results especially if you're looking to build strength and lose body fat. 25 Minute Full Body Strength Workout [No Equipment]
Tap in with us for a 25 Minute workout focused on building strength with just your bodyweight. Each exercise will be done slow and controlled (time under tension) so that we are maximizing muscle engagement with every rep. If you find that some of the movements are too difficult, especially for 60 second duration, we have modifications that you can do instead. Having doing this workout myself for the past couple of months, I assure that this workout can definitely replace your workout in the gym. 00:46 - CIRCUIT 1 - Full Body Stretch and Warm-up. It includes 8 exercises. Each exercise for 20 seconds along with10 seconds of rest. The aim is to get the blood pumping and prepare your body for the 3 upcoming circuits.
05:02 - CIRCUIT 2 starts. It is a set of 8 exercises focussing on strength training. Again 20 seconds of work and then 10 seconds of rest. If you are a complete beginner, do not worry. I will be showcasing beginner moves alongside.
09:27 - CIRCUIT 3 starts. It is a set of 7 exercises each for 30 seconds with 10 seconds of rest. The focus is on the arms, shoulders, biceps and back. It involves the use of dumbbells. Although, if you do not have dumbbells, no problem, use 2 filled water bottles instead. You dumbbell weights that you are comfortable with.
14:28 - CIRCUIT 4 starts. This circuit is focused on the core, the abdominal muscles. The abs exercises are easy but effective.

A full body dumbbell workout at home to hit the whole body in just 20 minutes! Grab your dumbbells and join me!
In this no repeat dumbbell full body workout we will be targeting the quads, hamstrings, glutes, core, shoulders, back, chest and arms!
You will need a pair of dumbbells, mat and a chair (but only if you prefer to sit for shoulder press due to weights being heavier or to provide extra support) The dumbbells I am using are 12.5kg each (approx 27.5lbs each) for your reference.
Simply follow along! The following exercises are each performed once for 40 seconds, followed with 20 seconds rest before moving onto next exercise!

Please ensure you warm up for at least 5 minutes prior to this strength workout.
The weights you have may be lighter than you prefer and if so simply perform at a slightly faster pace whilst keeping form good.
Of course, with alterations, simply perform push ups on knees and leg lower bend at knees or alternate leg lower!

Join me for this 30 min Low Impact HIIT workout! This workout combines cardio & toning bodyweight exercises to challenge your body, burn calories, and improve your fitness.
This workout is suitable for all fitness levels! The uncomplicated moves make it easy to adjust to any fitness needs. You can scale up the intensity by adding weights or jumps, or scale it down by reducing the pace and not going as low on squats or lunges.
We'll start with a 5 minute warm up that includes low impact cardio exercises meant to warm up the body and prepare your muscles for the workout.
The main workout consists of a series of low impact exercises that we'll perform for 30 seconds each, followed by a 10 second rest, before moving on to the next exercise. We'll complete a total of four rounds, providing a solid 30 minute workout session.
The exercises in this HIIT workout are designed to promote fat loss and reshape your entire body! We'll incorporate steady state cardio movements to keep your heart rate up and burn more calories while focusing on toning your arms, abs, and legs. If you're not a fan of jumping, this workout is perfect for you!
After the main workout, we'll cool down with 5 minutes of low impact cardio and some gentle stretching to help your muscles recover.
Remember to stay hydrated throughout the workout and listen to your body. If an exercise feels too difficult or causes pain, feel free to take a break or modify the move.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Some people may see my video titles as click-bait. YouTubers optimise their video's meta data for discovery due to how the algorithm is like. This isn't anything new. Most people who've been watching YouTube for years would understand this. If you're unhappy and get triggered by this, well, this channel isn't for you then. Iโve provided free workout schedules and programs since day 1 and have always optimised my meta data as such so that's not going to change.
Having said that, it doesn't mean the workout do not work. You will still see results by following a suitable program schedule, watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. These are all equally important factors. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. I've explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don't take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.
When doing any home workouts, do take precaution to exercise in a safe environment, and if you need help or you're not seeing results, I suggest seeing a health and fitness professional to give you tailored advice on your exercise form and dietary needs. I am not a medical professional and what I share on my channel are my views and what has worked for myself. Your health and safety is the utmost importance so find out what works for you.

Today, we prepared a 15-minute full-body workout routine for beginners.
Basically, lower body and upper body exercises are main for 30 to 40 seconds. It would be nice to think of it as having time to recover the muscles of the lower and upper body with abs exercises and 20 seconds of rest in the middle!
If you want to increase muscle mass in addition to consuming calories, it's great to add an additional load with dumbbells or kettlebells! Gradually increasing the resistance with tools is also recommended!
If you are in an environment where you can do pull-ups, it is highly recommended to replace them with pull-ups, and if you have dumbbells, replace them with dumbbell rows!

A full body workout hitting all of the major muscle groups in the upper body, and using static lunges as a staple to target the entire lower body with some RDLs for more hamstring specific! Finishing with an absolute abdominal burnout!
The timer will be on for 60 seconds per exercise with 20 seconds rest in between!
All you will need is a pair of dumbbells and your mat!
The dumbbells I am using for your reference are 17.5kg for most of the workout! I will reduce to 9kg each for shoulder press and holding during abs section!
These are straight forward compound movements with full range movement and standard tempo to allow you to perhaps lift that little bit heavier compared to if consisting of isometrics, tempo or partial reps!

The biceps are worked within the rows and triceps during chest press & shoulder press! There are no specific arms exercises due to this and compound movements such as chest press and rows recruit a lot more muscles over isolation so perfect for shorter workouts!
We finish with some ab specific exercises! Letโs focus on really holding that crunch during the leg lowers, pushing the lower back well into the mat and during toe reaches, how high can you crunch and reach whilst controlling the lowering back to mat? ๐

Depending on your goals, this is a great workout for building strength, losing body fat, improving endurance and more. This routine is more suitable for advanced levels, however, we can provide you with modifications in the comments if you want to give it a shot. We recommend doing a workout like this at least 2 times per week to see consistent improvements. All you need is a light to moderate weight pair of dumbbells and a soft surface. Don't let the 20 seconds on, 20 seconds rest format fool you... this EXTREME Full Body HIIT Workout with bodyweight only packs a punch!
You'll notice during this home workout that complete a standard exercise followed up with a more advanced version of that exercise, and we'll keep that format throughout the majority of the workout. For example, if you do bodyweight squats then the next exercise will be jump squats; shoulder taps then push up shoulder taps, and so on...
You WILL get stronger, build up your endurance, burn a ton of calories, and most important โ you'll feel so damn good for finishing this workout!
Try replacing traditional cardio (running, biking etc.) with HIIT cardio workouts like this to burn calories faster, resulting in reduced body fat. Try adding HIIT workouts (with and without weights) to your weekly routine (about 2-3x per week) for best results.
Don't forget to warm up before your workout!
