30 seconds - air squats
30 seconds - jump rope run in place 1/4lb rope
30 seconds - leg raises
30 seconds - jump rope fast skip 1/4lb rope
30 seconds - plank
30 seconds - jump rope run in place double tap 1/4lb rope
30 seconds - push-ups
*rest 10 seconds between each exercise
** rest 1 minute between each circuit
** Repeat circuit a total of 4 times
