New 2024 Hyundai Mufasa - Rugged Compact SUV Firstlook
Hyundai will unveil its new budget crossover Mufasa at the Shanghai Motor Show in April. To interest potential customers, the company showed a preview of a serial crossover - the Mufasa Adventure concept.As for the SUV’s name ‘Mufasa’, it is said to be inspired by the 1994 Disney animated movie, The Lion King.
Speaking of design, the front end of the Hyundai Mufasa features a large piano black X-shaped grille flanked by vertically stacked headlights. The front bumper is equipped with a black wide front spoiler and a black skid plate. On the sides, the slightly tapered roofline, black door pillars, massive flared wheel arches and black body panels stand out. At the rear are his LED taillights, oval shaped that span the width of the SUV.
the Hyundai Mufasa Adventure concept SUV sports a sturdy off-road appearance with its increased ground clearance and broad tracks, highlighted by a lift kit and a set of wide, gripping off-road tyres mounted on 18-inch alloy wheels. Additionally, it has redesigned side sills, bonnet handles, and accents made of faux aluminium for the front and rear bumpers.
Hyundai has yet to release interior details for the Mufasa SUV. However, the new SUV is expected to feature a dual touchscreen display that acts as both an instrument cluster and an infotainment system.More details are likely to be announced closer to launch.
Mufasa is already known to be 4475mm long, 1850mm wide and 1665mm high. Wheelbase size - 2680 mm. The crossover will be powered by the 2.0-liter naturally aspirated Hyundai G4NJ engine with an output of 160 hp. and 193 Nm of torque.It will work in tandem with a six-speed automatic transmission. A hybrid version is also expected.
