Arhatic Yoga, known as the synthesis of all Yogas is an advanced spiritual technology composed of series of spiritual practices. This advanced yoga system was given by Mahaguruji Mei Ling to Master Choa Kok Sui to help the practitioners accelerate their spiritual development in a rapid and safe manner, and has origins from China, India and Tibet. It is basically prehistoric in origin.

Arhatic comes from the word “Arhat” which means saint or a highly evolved being. It refers to a person, who through diligent practice and character-building has overcome the lower nature. Some of the characteristics of an Arhat are developed intuition, sharp and intelligent mind, highly refined emotions and powerful will to serve God and humanity.

The purpose of Arhatic Yoga is basically “to produce intelligent, compassionate, good hearted, powerful disciples who will become great divine servants… and to accelerate the evolutionary development of the soul so that the person can be of greater service to mankind and the planet Earth.”

Master Choa Kok Sui

One of the amazing contributions of Arhatic Yoga is that the spiritual practitioner does not need to retreat from his life, career or relationships to pursue the spiritual path. In fact many lessons can be learnt from the practice of Arhatic Yoga while still having a normal life, through the daily challenges and interactions. Master Choa Kok Sui believes that “family life is one of the fastest ways to spiritual development. Inevitably there is relationship friction. You develop Self-Sacrifice, Self-Control, Patience, Flexibility and Tolerance,” as he does not see spirituality as merely doing meditation, but a way of life! Thus Arhatic Yoga is designed in such way that the practitioner can maintain his life, relationships, career, even his religion and still progress spiritually through the teachings and practices, as Arhatic Yoga does not belong to any religion or sect; it is purely spiritual; it is eclectic; it leads the practitioner to the truth.

It is believed that through the practice of Arhatic Yoga, one achieves certain degree of self-mastery, which is evident in one’s control over his thoughts, emotions and actions; which is an indication that the Soul has control over the lower vehicles.

To know more about Arhatic Yoga visit PranaWorld.net
