Jeder Mensch hat es verdient, sich in seinem Kรถrper (wieder) wohl zu fรผhlen ohne sich dabei beim Training schlecht zu fรผhlen. Die GET STARTED CHALLENGE ist zu 100% darauf ausgelegt, dir einen machbaren Einstieg in den Sport und die Bewegung zu geben. Spaร an der Bewegung stehen im Vordergrund. Wenn wir nebenbei noch ein paar Kilos loswerden - warum nicht :)
Es erwartet dich ein perfekt ausgearbeitetes Trainingsprogramm das fรผr Einsteiger geeignet ist. Du brauchst kein Fitnessstudio, keine Kurzhanteln oder sonstige Gerรคte. Das Training wird dich weder รผber- noch unterfordern. Bei der Erstellung der einzelnen Wochen habe ich zudem groรen Wert darauf gelegt, dass du ausreichend Zeit hast, um zu regenerieren. Falls also mal ein Muskelkater auftreten sollte - keine Sorge. Die Plรคne sind so gestaltet, dass wir immer wieder unterschiedliche Muskelgruppen beanspruchen, sodass sich dein Kรถrper von der vorherigen Trainingseinheit erholen kann.
