This is a 1 hour full body dumbbell workout! No jumping! Low impact!

Using only light dumbbells or filled water bottles as resistance, we will be hitting our entire lower body, upper body, abs and core throughout! Also working on balance, co-ordination and mind to muscle connection.

You will need a mat and some LIGHT resistance. I am using 2 x 4kg dumbbells only so water bottles are perfect too, it is a workout with weights...low in weight!

The overhead squats with dumbbells in press position as simply be changed to keeping the dumbbells close to the body in front to form a high squat. Ensure you do not strain your lower back so if unsure perform with dumbbells close to chest.

Please remember to make this your own workout... take a break as and when you need to. Simply change the exercise to whatever suits you such as leg lower perform with bent knees or alternating leg and push ups on knees!

Please spend at least 5 minutes warming up prior to beginning workout.

This is a 1 hour full body workout! No repeat! No equipment! No jumping! Let’s smash this!

This real time workout is a combination of 60 exercises to work every muscle group including quads, hamstrings, glutes, core, abs, back, chest, shoulders and arms!

Using our own bodyweight as resistance, we will be hitting our entire lower body. Also working on balance, co-ordination and mind to muscle connection such as side lifts and rear leg lifts.

No sports equipment needed but you will need a mat or elbow friendly surface.

Each exercise is performed for 50 seconds, 10 seconds to then get ready for next exercise! Once we complete one round, you are done!!! 👊🏼👊🏼👊🏼👊🏼

Please remember to make this your own workout... take a break as and when you need to. On screen will be the next exercise, however change the exercise to whatever you wish!

I would recommend if not comfortable with forward stepping lunges, simply perform back stepping lunges instead to reduce impact on knees.

As always, perform push ups on knees and simply bend knees or single leg alternating for legs lowers if needed.

This is not your average workout - we're taking things up a notch with a superset format. You'll perform two exercises for 30 seconds each, back-to-back without rest, then take a 30-second breather before diving into the next superset.

We're targeting every major muscle group in this workout: legs, shoulders, deltoids, back, chest, biceps, and triceps. But we're not stopping there! We're finishing strong with a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) circuit to increase our heart rates and ensure a total body burnout.

So, grab a set of dumbbells and get ready to sweat! (I'm using 20 lb / 9 kg dumbbells. Feel free grab a heavy set and a lighter set of dumbbells.) Remember, it's not about perfection, it's about progress. Let's get stronger together.

This is a 20 minute beginner’s full body workout routine for both men and women that you can do with minimum equipment at home. Of course, the gyms have now been open but how really safe are they is questionable. But not to worry. Having doing this workout myself from the last 3 months, I assure that it can definitely replace your workout in the gym. It will not just help you build muscle and lose that extra fat but also will bring about true shape of your body. I have designed this workout in the form of 4 circuits of 4 minutes each tapping almost every major muscle group. Follow along.

00:44 - CIRCUIT 1 - Full Body Stretch and Warm up. It includes 8 exercises. Each exercise for 20 seconds along with10 seconds of rest. The aim is to get the blood pumping and prepare your body for the 3 upcoming circuits.
04:44 - CIRCUIT 1 ends. Take rest for 30 seconds. Do some deep breathing. Sip some water if you want to.
04:55 - CIRCUIT 2 starts. It is a set of 8 exercises focussing on strength training. Again 20 seconds of work and then 10 seconds of rest. If you are a complete beginner, do not worry. I will showcasing beginner moves alongside.
09:07 - CIRCUIT 2 ends. Take rest for 30 seconds.
09:16 - CIRCUIT 3 starts. It is a set of 7 exercises each for 30 seconds with 10 seconds of rest. The focus is on arms, shoulders, biceps and back. It involves the use of dumbbells. Although, if you do not have dumbbells, no problem, use 2 filled water bottles instead. You dumbbell weights that you are comfortable with.
14:04 - CIRCUIT 3 ends. Take rest for 30 seconds. Breathe in and breathe out deeply preparing your body for the final circuit.
14:15 - CIRCUIT 4 starts. This circuit is focussed on the core, the abdominal muscles. The abs exercises are easy but effective.
18:24 - CIRCUIT 4 ends. You have killed the full body workout. Well done.
18:25 - Cool down.

This is a follow along 30 minute full body dumbbell workout that will target every muscle group with compound movement to help you become stronger, build lean muscle, burn energy for hours after completing and basically leave you feeling awesome!!

The exercises are performed for 30 seconds each, 30 seconds rest. The exercises are performed for 3 sets each.

The weight I am using is 15kg x 2 dumbbells for your reference. So yes, as heavy as you have access to and slow paced, controlled and full range of motion. If you have lighter weights than you would prefer, simply perform more reps than me and at a slightly faster pace.

HIGH SQUATS
SUMO DEADLIFT SQUAT
STATIC LUNGE (switch leg everytime)
ROMANIAN DEADLIFT
SHOULDER PRESS (2 or 1 dumbbells)
BENT OVER ROW (switch arm everytime)
CHEST PRESS
PULLOVER

I would just like to point out the following key points to this workout:

● Be sure to switch leg on lunges every set and switch arm on rows every set!

● With the single arm rows, try to stretch upper middle back by taking it slow at bottom to let muscles lengthen then draw elbow up. Switch arm every set!

● I am performing the shoulder press with one dumbbell as well as Sumo deadlift, however if your weights are lighter than you wish, simply perform with both dumbbells!

● Make sure during Romanian deadlifts to keep shoulder blades together, knees slightly bent, push bum back and keep head in line with torso as it lowers!

I hope you all enjoy this strength training and really allow yourself to feel each contraction!

I would consider this strength workout a super workout to progress in weight over time! I would definitely suggest this type of full body workout with dumbbells once a week if you really are wanting to increase muscle, along with bodyweight sessions and isolation sessions as such shoulders, glutes etc. Overtime, aiming to increase reps then move up in weights!💪

And don’t forget.. plank 2 minutes at the end!!🤩

I had so much fun creating this workout for you! This workout to the 50's & 60's is created to thank all of you who have commented, liked and subscribed to my channel (and of course, if you are new here, welcome to my channel!). In this workout, we'll move to Jailhouse Rock, Hound Dog, Tutti Frutti and more. This walking workout is suitable for anyone wanting to work out at home. I would assume most of you seeing this video are seniors since you're the biggest fans of the music of the 50's! I know there is a huge range of fitness abilities with seniors so please keep in mind your limitations and work within those limitations. If the movement is too fast for you, please slow down your pace and do whatever move or pace works best for YOU. I hope you all enjoy the workout! Also, please have a chair handy for the stretching portion at the end. Since I feel most of you will be seniors, I thought stretching from a chair would be best:) By all means, you can stand for most of the stretches, too, if you choose.

How about challenging your kids to complete this 30-minute workout? This routine will certainly challenge our kids' endurance!

By doing this full-body fitness exercise 3 or 4 times a week, your kids will be able to burn a lot of body fat and develop stronger muscles in just a few weeks. This workout can be a good foundation for sports and other activities. We'll start with two basic stretching exercises, followed by more dynamic exercises that use multiple muscles, thus burning more fat. The exercise ends with core routines on the mat. Vậy nên, hãy học cách kiểm soát những áp lực mà chúng ta đặt lên việc giảm cân của bản thân mình, tìm kiếm con đường tốt nhất để duy trì luyện tập hiệu quả!

Trong quá trình giảm cân, việc nhảy lên bàn cân là một phần thói quen hằng ngày của bạn. Tuy nhiên, số cân không phản ánh đươc chính xác sự hiệu quả của quá trình giảm cân.Thay vì giảm cân, mục tiêu của bạn là giảm béo. Nếu bạn tập thể dục thường xuyên, cơ thể bạn có thể đang xây dựng cơ bắp và giảm mỡ, nhưng vẫn duy trì cân nặng ổn định. Vậy nên, thay vì chỉ tập trung vào con số trên thang đo rồi hoang mang, hãy đánh giá cảm giác của bạn và sự thay đổi nho nhỏ hằng ngày của cơ thể. Bạn cũng nên tự đo lường bản thân hàng tháng. Hành động này giúp bản thân có động lực khi việc giảm cân của bạn dường như bị đình trệ.

Lên kế hoạch tập luyện hợp lí:
Để thoát khỏi trạng thái chững cân, chúng ta nên tạo ra những mục tiêu nhỏ cho bản thân mình. Hãy tạo cho bản thân những mục tiêu nhỏ, chuẩn bị tinh thần và vượt qua nó.
Hãy tiến bộ mỗi ngày: Tìm cách để ngày hôm nay tốt hơn so với ngày hôm qua và chứng minh với bản thân rằng bạn vẫn đang tiến bộ – ngay cả khi điều đó tiến triển theo nhiều cách khác nhau.
Đừng từ bỏ: Có thể bạn không thể cảm nhận ngay được sự tiến bộ của bản thân, nhưng tôi biết rằng việc thực hành tận tâm liên tục của tôi vẫn đang mang lại nhiều kết quả. Nếu không thể trồng chuối, hãy tập trung vào việc giành được những chiến thắng nhỏ như tăng tính linh hoạt ở cổ tay, dựa vào tường càng lâu càng tốt. Cứ kiên trì thì ắt sẽ đạt được thành công.
Luôn tạo động lực cho bản thân. Hãy bắt đầu bằng việc chụp ảnh sự thay đổi mỗi hai tuần một lần, lấy số đo các bộ phận quan trọng của cơ thể bạn và thường xuyên theo dõi tỷ lệ phần trăm mỡ cơ thể của bạn.

Welcome to music of the 1970's! There are so many great classics from the 70's but the ones I chose are requests from viewers or they had a great beat for working out to. If there are some moves you don't enjoy, by all means, dance instead! I always aim to make my videos fun so with having music from the 1970's, it made it a little bit easier:) Just to mention (as I'm sure some hard core 1970's fans will tell me, the one song is from 1981, not the 70's. I had a certain song chosen but then changed it and it was only until I edited the video that I realized it was 1981 (argh!). I decided to leave it rather than not having a video go up.

Since this is copyrighted music, there will likely be ads in the video so I apologize in advance, but I do not have any control over them. When I use the copyrighted music, any income from the video goes directly to the music companies who own the rights to the popular music.
