We all have a pillow at home. So grab this soft piece of torture and suffer with me!
It's for lower, upper & side abs :) Medium to advanced level
Advantages:
1. FULL RANGE OF MOTION - we have to perform the full exercise and cannot fake it because we pass an actual object around
2. STABILIZE YOUR CORE - we don’t want to drop that pillow haha! Extra core strength loading.
3. HEAVIER + HARDER - well those 200g of pillow do make a difference for all the leg lifts. Believe me now or believe me in 10min
4. SOFT WEIGHT - if a dumbbell between your feet makes you anxious about dropping it onto your body, a pillow is a (light) and soft alternative. This definitely won’t hurt you :)
