Here presenting to you one of my favorite basic exercises to burn fat anytime anywhere. Looks easy to some, but I challenge you to do it and you will feel burn.
Warming up your body before going all-out is crucial.
I would recommend everyone to spend at least 5-10 minutes doing some dynamic warm up on light to moderate intensity.
I would personally go through 1 round of this exercise routine with moderate effort before I start pushing myself hard. Going through the Round 1 format with easy-moderate effort before you starts your actual working set can be a good way to get ready too.
After each round. Pause the video take 1-2 minutes break. Depending on how fit you are, somehow it gonna hurt... but hey, it's only 10 mins! and the pain that you feel is what keeping the stubborn fat screaming! Right? ;)
Important note: Unfortunately, there is no Beginner modification in this workout. This routine are made for Intermediate-Advanced, or anyone who likes to undergo something a little more challenging from my workouts.
However, if you are a fresh Beginner but you really, really want to do this workout. Then, I would recommend you to stick to the Round 1 format, if you felt OK... You might be able to do the Round 2-3 version, who knows? ;)

Quick 8 minute ab circuit workout at home with no equipment. One round of this is a good start, feel free to repeat 2 more rounds if you can take it. You can do this routine after your Gym or Running session. Be sure to maintain good form when exercising!
Important note: This workout routine is not a spot-reduction exercise routine. Perhaps, Spot-reduction is a fitness myth. You can't burn fat in a specific area (belly, triceps, chest, legs) by doing a specifically targeted muscle group exercise. To get the best out of my workout videos, you must commit yourself to workout at least 3 times or more in a week (I still train about 5-6 times a week during the pandemic). Warning: This workout routine is not for Beginner and Intermediate trainers. This routine is hardcore, and this session is never meant to be "fun" or that kinda "I felt great workout" routine. This routine was designed to push your mind and body to the limit or beyond, especially your VO2 Max. Good luck!
Three criteria of Level 6 standard:
1.) To experience Level 6 difficulty. In every round, you must achieve the rep goal with the given form (Full Push Ups, Jumps, and maintaining Jordan's tempo). If you achieve anything lower than the benchmark, this workout is not a Level 6 but lower.
2.) Before attempting Level 6, you must be able to complete all Level 5 workouts without feeling too much fatigue. With this, you can withstand the intensity of level 6 workouts.
3.) Before attempting Level 6, ensure you can complete all previous Levels 4/5 workouts by taking no longer than 2-3 minutes rest in between rounds.

Decided to go full 5 rounds of this and guess what? My abs were sore after this session! And the best thing about this is it took me less than 15 min for this entire workout!
PS. This workout will not be effective if you do not take care of what you eat everyday.
To get the best out my workout videos, you must commit yourself to workout at least 3 times or more in a week (I personally workout about 5-6 times a week).

Important note: Warming up before training is important. I would recommend everyone to spend at least 5-10 minutes doing some dynamic warm up on light to moderate intensity. I would personally go through 1 round of any of this routine with slow and easy effort before I officially start pushing myself harder in the first round onwards. After each round. Pause the video take 1 minutes rest, take 2 minute if necessary or you can go without taking any break if you find this workout routine is too easy.

Warning: This workout routine is hardcore, and this workout routine is never meant to be "fun" or that kinda "good workout" routine, and you may dislike this routine. However, this routine was designed to push your body to the limit or beyond, to forge your fitness to the next level.
Two main criteria to get the best out of level 5:
1.) Technique: You must be able to complete all Level 4 workouts without doing the "alternatives"
2.) Stamina & Recovery: Complete Level 4 workouts by taking no longer than 2-3 minutes rest in between each round
Bonus: 3.) Completed Level 4+ special round #ISurvivedJySpecialRound with more than 80 Burpees
If yes, you'll crush level 5 without a problem! If not, take this workout as lightly as possible, and you should never get discouraged if you can't complete this level. At the end of the day, the level of the workout is not as important as the level of your consistency! Good luck!

I would recommend everyone to spend at least 5-10 minutes doing some dynamic warm up on light to moderate intensity. I would personally go through 1 round of this exercise routine with moderate effort before I start pushing myself hard. Doing the beginner modification routine for 1 round before your actual working set can be a good way to get ready too.

Important note: Warming up before training is important. I would recommend everyone to spend at least 5-10 minutes doing some dynamic warm up on light to moderate intensity. I would personally go through 1 round of any of this routine with slow and easy effort before I officially start pushing myself harder in the first round onwards. After each round. Pause the video take 1 minutes rest, take 2 minute if necessary or you can go without taking any break if you find this workout routine is too easy.

Two main criteria to get the best out of this workout:
1.) Technique: You must be able to complete all Level 4 workouts without doing the "alternatives"
2.) Stamina & Recovery: Complete Level 4 workouts by taking no longer than 2-3 minutes rest in between each round
If yes, you'll crush this workout without much problem! If not, take this workout as lightly as possible, and you should never get discouraged if you can't finish this workout. At the end of the day, the level of the workout is not as important as the level of your consistency! Good luck!

10 Minute Brutal Bodyweight session. By far the most challenging 10-minute short workout in my channel.
Warning: This workout routine is not for Beginner and Intermediate trainers. This routine is hardcore, and this session is never meant to be "fun" or that kinda "I felt great workout" routine. This routine was designed to push your mind and body to the limit or beyond, especially your VO2 Max. Do this workout at your own risk.
Disclaimer & criteria of Level 6 standard:
1.) To experience Level 6 difficulty. In every round, you must achieve the rep goal with the given form (12 full push up burpees for this session). If you only achieve anything lower than the benchmark, this workout is considered level 5 or lower.
2.) Before attempting Level 6, you must be able to complete all Level 5 workouts without feeling too much fatigue. With this, you can withstand the intensity of level 6 workouts.
3.) Before attempting Level 6, ensure you can complete all previous Levels 4/5 workouts by taking not longer than 2-3 minutes rest in between rounds.

This routine burns like heeellllll in my abs!
โธ make sure to keep your LOWER BACK flat on the mat. Only lower your legs as far as possible, so your lower back is not lifting off the mat.
This is easier when you really engage your ab muscles and "crunch" them inwards the entire time.
โธ you can lay your head on the mat, if that's more comfortable. I can feel my abs working more, if I lift my head though.
โธ THINK ABOUT YOUR ABS the entire time :D it's about the mind muscle connection! Lift and lower your legs with the strength of your abs, not your thighs.
โธ for the "Crunch Holds" - it's not a break. Don't relax! Squeeze your abs for 30s straight.

Ready to slide through life with a beautiful split?
Since my short โ8min Stretch for Splitsโ is one of my most famous stretching videos eveeerrrrr, I decided to share a longer, deeper and harder version! Because obviously it needs more than 8min of stretching to get your splits. Maybe 12? (Just kidding, we gotta do this more often :D)
Those stretches are fully targeted on hip mobility, hamstring & thigh flexibility. This is necessary to slideeee into a front or middle split.
As a bonus, we get a view on the Maldives. As usual, I made mom wake up for sunrise to film this :) you do what you gotta do. And what do we gotta do now? Stretch for our splits haha โฅ๏ธ

This routine is filled with new exercises that COMBINE a toned waist with a trained booty! Those 2 muscle groups are located very closely in our body, so itโs easy to target them with similar movements, by adding tiny twists.
I actually did this routine 5 times within 2 days (practicing, filming and filming again haha) and the entire side of my body was sooooo sore! :D Means = we hit the muscles perfectly + itโs suitable to combine with other workouts during your training day. If I can do it 5x, you can do itโฆ. (you may finish this sentence yourself).
PS: We filmed this in a garden center ('Mauk') in my hometown! My mom had this idea and the team there was so nice to build an extra wall for our filming set :) For this video, we went for a mediterranean citrus fruit style. Loved it!

Inspired by a classical gym day. Whenever I post those on Instagram you scream โgiveeee us that for YouTube!โ. But(t) thatโs tricky, because it always depends on the equipment you have available! For this video, I combined exercises that I love and regularly do into nice Circuits.
โธ I am using a 12kg / 26 lbs dumbbell. For the โsimplicityโ of the video I only used one weight. If Iโm in a / my gym, I would use several weights with different numbers. In this case, I would structure it like this:
1. Front Squats: 17-24kg
2. Deadlifts: 20-30kg
3. 1-Leg Deadlift: 12kg
4. Wide Side to Side: 12kg
Your home-made weight:

This one is full of hits that were popular in the 2000s - and "Temperature" by Sean Paul will give us an easy time shaking our hips to the beat :D this Dance Workout is definitely more SEXY than the last one.. which is sooo much fun!
Apart form the guaranteed GOOD MOOD & I can also guarantee a serious number of burned CALORIES here. Cardio is definitely not boring in today's video.
โธ I burned 120kcal in those 15min (which is a lot for me, I'm a tiny human and I normally burn about 250kcal in a 1h session). So just in case you want to repeat this several times.. be sure you don't burn too much fat on your hips, that you need to shake nicely for Sean Paul haha!!!

We stretch our entire body - from head to toe! 8min = 16 exercises. We got lots of possibilities in that short period of time :)
- neck, chest & shoulders
- back & spine
- the side of your body, from armpit to hips
- wrists / hands
- legs: hamstrings, thighs, hip flexors & butt
- feet
Those exercises focus more on โactiveโ movements, that go e.g. back & forth, include arm movements etc. :) No sitting, waiting and suffering through the pain today.
Why stretch?
- to make the best out of your training. If your muscles are super stiff, you canโt have perfect form in exercises like Leg Lifts or Deadlifts.
- to ease and prevent sore muscles
- to prevent pain. I remember I got joint pain in my knees when I slacked with stretching!

This workout:
- strengthens your legs
- main focus: inner thighs. That's why we do SUMO Squats and not regular ones, etc. :)
- will make your muscles look more toned & less "flabby"
- second focus: booty & front of the thighs
Things to make sure:
โธ bodyweight focusses on your HEELS, don't shift your bodyweight onto your toes
โธ your BACK stays STRAIGHT. Don't round it!
โธ keep your KNEES stable. Never collapse them inwards, rather push them a bit outwards

โธ I am using a 5kg / 11 lbs dumbbell. Please choose a weight that feels good for you.
Weights help us to increase the intensity of a workout & build stronger muscles!
Your home-made weight:
1. Take a bag
2. Search for dense + heavy food at home. For example: packs of rice, books, etc.
3. You can easily put 4 to 8 things into one bag. That can make 3 to 6 kg :)

- they can reduce back pain
- help you to stand straight & fix a "desk posture"
- it's the main support structure for your body! It will stabilize your spine, which is amazing to prevent injuries
- everything in our body should be balanced! I recommend at least 1 upper body day per week. I have never in my life only trained abs, only legs etc. I always trained my upper body as well!
โธ I used 7.5kg, which felt totally fine. I could have went for 10kg as well!
โธ Homemade weight: grab a bag, fill it up with heavy stuff (rice, milk, books, etc.) .. we CAN make it work!
โธ I burned 65kcal. Depending on your height, weight & fitness level - you will burn between 50-100kcal. It's a strength focused workout & muscles will burn more calories on the long run as well. I would not recommend only doing HIIT sessions!

Iโm a big fan of switching up my workouts. One day Iโll go hardcore sweaty, the other day I like to train with weights and at least 1x per week I go for a full slow Pilates Day :)
I really love the โslow strengthโ style, while feeling more graceful doing some Pilates inspired moves. It's amazing to tone, sculpt and strengthen your body in a more relaxed and less sweaty way.

This is also our first STANDING Pilates Style workouts. I combined new movements & adapted known exercises to more โsoftโ versions. With flowy arms, going up on the tippy toes, etc. :) everything comes with a twist here!

- SQUATS: make sure to push through your HEELS (back of your feet) on your way up. This puts more focus on the booty.
- SUMO SQUATS: make extra sure to keep your knees stable. Donโt let them collapse inwards. Think about pushing them out / keep them in line with your toes.
- TIPPY TOES: a little extra, that will include the calves. Go up all the way to really squeeze those small muscles :)

This is basically Vol. 2 of our beloved โ10min Booty Pumpโ Routine.
We put a focus on our BOOTY, without including thigh work. We isolate the glute muscles & learn to hit them nicely.
You will (hopefully) like this workout, if you ...

Adding a resistance band is definitely helpful to put more focus on the booty. I can especially recommend it, if you want to target the sides of your butt. In case you don't have a booty band yet - don't worry! You can still do this workout :)
If you need breaks - TAKE THEM! Don't worry too much about that. You will improve over time :) The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever Iโm doing 30s for each exercise.

This 10min Routine is quick & effective to stretch your hamstrings, thighs, hip flexors and your beautiful booty. You can do this:
- if you feel sore, the day after an intense Leg Day
- on a daily basis
- at the end of your workout session, to relax and cool down
- to wake up in the morning, or
- before you go to bed
It took me suuuuch a long time to notice that stretching is IMPORTANT if you work out a lot. I just trained, trained & trained and never gave my body some love in a "relaxing" kind of way. But now that I do, I notice so many benefits. I don't get joint or limb pain that quickly, I don't feel that "stiff" anymore, I recover more quickly and I can even perform our usual exercises better, because my mobility improved!

What do we train?
โธ BOOTY: Sit back during all the Squats, keeping your weight on your heel. Activate the butt cheeks to push yourself up again & squeeze them tight at the top position. Also pay attention to keep your knees STABLE and not let them collapse inwards on your way up. Important!
โธ THIGHS: Big Inner Thigh focus for all the Sumo squats.
โธ CALVES: those parts almost feel like a rest haha!!! A tiny muscle, that I tend to neglect myself. But I enjoy the burn a lot :)
โธ different FEET POSITIONS, so we train all sides of our sexy legs. Switching positions is always a good option to hit the muscles form all angles!
โฅ๏ธ Your stuck with me for those 10 minutes anyways .. so make sure you use them wisely!

A NEW Full Body Routine, to build strength and muscle โฅ๏ธย Werbung
This routine is quite different from what we normally do. We will do the movements suuuuuper slow and controlled - to keep the tension as long as possible in the muscles & to build maximum strength. The burn is REAL. ย
No High Intensity, rather slooooow motion :)ย

This method is called "time under tension". We extend the eccentric phase of a movement (going down in a squat, lowering your body in a push up), hold for a second & go back to the starting position explosively. I will "count" you through the entire 15min haha:

If you usually have troubles with "feeling" an exercise in the right place, you will probably have a better mind-muscle connection during this workout!

Why & when do I stretch?
1. Regular training makes us hyped and increases adrenaline. Which is great, I love the after workout feeling! But especially when training in the evening, I make sure to add a slow and relaxing stretching in the end, so my body and mind slows down easier. Super important for good sleep!
2. To make sure my muscles are not getting stiff from squeeeeeezing them all the time. Too much of only one thing is never good :)
3. In order to calm down my thoughts and enjoy some me-time.
4. To get the best out of my training. When Iโm not stretching, my muscles stay sore for longer, I start getting pain in my joints, etc.
This routine includes advanced movements. I'm definitely no jelly lady, but I guess this is not suitable for beginners either :)
