This mobility/stretching routine is designed to improve your posture and increase recovery by focusing on the most pivotal points in your body. Stretching does wonders for your body, but it also has a relaxing effect which is why itโs perfect for after your workouts.
Stretching also plays a very important role in keeping good posture. When you have postural imbalances, itโs usually due to one or a few muscles being over active and therefore right, and a antagonistic muscle being weak. Therefore, improving your posture relies on strengthening these weaker muscles and releasing the tension of the tighter muscles!
So if thereโs one thing you could do right now to drastically improve your aesthetic it would be to focus on correcting your postural imbalances. Build a strong foundation and everything else will prosper!

The obliques are an absolute must when it comes to developing an aesthetic physique. If your goal is to attain the V tapered look, thereโs no way around training them. The obliques are a multifunctional muscle, they act to pull the chest downwards and compress the abdominal cavity, as well as performing side bending and opposing side rotation. Overall, you canโt skimp on your obliques for aesthetic and performance, and the best way to ensure that you stay on track is to keep your workouts fresh & challenging
The serratus is a muscle that originates on your upper rib cage and attaches to the media border of the shoulder blade (basically the shark gill looking things). The serratus muscles play a pivotal role in framing out your abs, obliques and lower pec. Not too mention, it absolutely serves as an asset to the v taper, in turn giving you a better looking set of abs!

If you want to know the secret to attaining an impressive mid section in a short amount of time, Iโve got bad news for you, it doesnโt exist. Anything worth while will require sacrifice, patience and persistence

There are 3 things you will need to nail down if you are looking to create an impressive midsection for yourself.
Firstly, understand that your nutrition will have the largest contribution to your body composition. In order to see your abs, you will need to be at a low enough body fat % for them to shine through. It doesn't matter if you do 1,000 crunches a day unless you understand that you need to be tackling the nutritional side of things as well. It takes two to tango and your nutrition should never be overlooked
Secondly, Training! A lot of people believe that abs are made in the kitchen. However, this isn't entirely true. A more accurate description would be that your abs are MADE in the gym and REVEALED in the kitchen. Sure you could create a slightly defined midsection with minimal training as long as your body fat % is low enough. But, in order to develop a truly impressive midsection you will need to be approaching it from all angles. The anatomy of your midsection is far more complex than just the commonly referred to six-pack. And in order to develop these areas, you will want to directly focus on them.
Last, but not least, you will need to be CONSISTENT. Consistency is the name of the game. Achieving solid results all comes down to the consistent application of effort in an intelligent fashion. That's it. Work smart enough, for long enough and the results will be yours.

I have been thinking about taking on Floyd Mayweather's Jump Rope Routine for 2 years now. I'll never forget the first time I watched it, and how amazed I was. I didn't know someone could be that good at jumping rope. So I set out to learn Floyd Mayweather's toughest skipping routine with the goal of doing it in 50 days. This was by far the hardest challenge I have ever taken on, and really forced me to take my jump rope skills to the next level. Over the course of this jump rope challenge, I was pushed to my limits, but overall I think I developed new jump rope skills, mastered new jump rope moves, and became a more resilient person. Warming up your body before going all-out is crucial.
I would recommend everyone to spend at least 5-10 minutes doing some dynamic warm up on light to moderate intensity.
I would personally go through 1 round of this exercise routine with moderate effort before I start pushing myself hard. Going through the Round 1 format with easy-moderate effort before you starts your actual working set can be a good way to get ready too.
After each round. Pause the video take 1-2 minutes break. Depending on how fit you are, somehow it gonna hurt... but hey, it's only 10 mins! and the pain that you feel is what keeping the stubborn fat screaming! Right? ;)

This workout can be done anywhere anytime, so no more excuses to not start your new year's resolution!
Do 1 round and you'll starting sweating.
Do 2-3 rounds and you'll start burning fats!
If you do 4-5 rounds or more, that's really gonna hurt because your melting away that super glue alike stubborn fats that just don't go away!
To get the best out my workout videos, you must commit yourself to workout at least 3 times or more in a week (I personally workout about 5-6 times a week). Feel free to incorporate your workout with my other training routines from my channel, choose what work best for you!
Ultimately, if control your diet most of the days every week, overtime YOU WILL GET A NICE TONED BODY (or six pack abs!). The keyword here is do it Frequent and Be Consistent!

Cardio exercises are considered great for building endurance and slimming down. It works by increasing your heart rate and burning the calories in the form of glucose and fat. For most people cardio probably means running or training on an elliptical machine. But thereโs so much more to cardiorespiratory training than simply running or using a piece of steady equipment. Some compound exercises can also increase your heart rate and help you burn some calories. Compound exercises are referred to those exercises that target multiple joints and muscle groups at one time. In this video, famous Malaysian fitness trainer Jordan Yeoh guides us to perform some compound exercises that can get every part of your body in action and help you burn more calories. In this 10 minutes long video he performed exercises like run in place, butt kicks, running plank and jumping jacks. Adding this workout in your regime can help build endurance, strengthen bones and increase exercise tolerance.

Important note: Warming up before training is important. I would recommend everyone to spend at least 5-10 minutes doing some dynamic warm up on light to moderate intensity. I would personally go through 1 round of any of this routine with slow and easy effort before I officially start pushing myself harder in the first round onwards. After each round. Pause the video take 1 minutes rest, take 2 minute if necessary or you can go without taking any break if you find this workout routine is too easy.

You can't burn fat in a specific area (belly, triceps, chest, legs) by doing a specifically targeted muscle group exercise. However, the title of this video "Fat Burning Abs Workout", is a couple of different abdominal exercises in a circuit form, added active rest that keeps your heart rate firing at a higher rate throughout the entire 4 minutes of this workout.
